This post will be mostly pictures as we wanted to show you what can be done when you take a home and make it beautiful. We sold our first rehabbed home last week. It took a lot of money up front, and time, but more importantly there was a lot of courage that went into it. There were so many times that I got down and didn’t think I could even get it closed when we purchased it all the way to waiting on the close of the sale that got extended 3 times! Courage, perseverance and belief in myself and all that I can accomplish kept me going. This was not accomplished alone. This took a team of people who helped me keep going. Then, once we closed on the purchase, it was all hands on deck. Thank you to Chris Hiebert with Next Step Homes, Taryn Kendrick with Worcester Financial, Chad Osborne with RemodelKC, and my loving and supportive new husband, Mark Rothermich. Thank you! You guys rock!
